Sweden's Minister of Migration visited Swerim

For Swerim, it is extremely important to be able to recruit the right skills, which is not always available within our own borders. Swerim as an institute is a multifaceted workplace with many highly trained specialized researchers. Swerim, for example, has employees with 17 different nationalities, which means that we are developing, both as individuals and as an institute. Together, our employees contribute with new perspectives and ideas to a higher general level of competence within the organization, which benefits us as an institute.
